1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and EarnMyTasks ("EarnMyTasks", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using EarnMyTasks you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may hold only one account. You must provide accurate account and payout details and keep them up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. How the Service works

EarnMyTasks makes simple online micro-tasks available to registered users. Each task describes what is required and the reward payable on successful, verified completion. Tasks are offered subject to availability, and we do not guarantee that any minimum number of tasks will be available to you at any time.

5. Completing tasks and acceptable use

When you complete a task, you agree to do so genuinely and in accordance with the task instructions and with the rules of any third-party platform involved. You agree that you will not:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or multiple accounts to claim or complete tasks.
• Submit fake, fraudulent, duplicate, or low-quality work, or claim completion of a task you did not genuinely perform.
• Post content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or that violates a third party's rights.
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Misrepresent your identity or location, or otherwise act to defraud us or the businesses whose tasks you complete.

6. Earnings, payouts, and verification

Rewards are credited to your balance only after a task is reviewed and approved. We may withhold, reverse, or adjust rewards for tasks that are unverified, incomplete, fraudulent, removed by a third-party platform, or that otherwise breach these Terms.

Payouts are made to your verified PayPal account, subject to any minimum payout threshold and verification checks shown in your dashboard. You are solely responsible for any taxes due on amounts you earn. We may use third-party payment providers, and payouts are subject to their terms and processing times.

7. Prohibited conduct and consequences

If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraud or abuse, we may take action including removing submissions, withholding or reversing rewards, suspending or terminating your account, and forfeiting any unpaid balance obtained through prohibited conduct.

8. Third-party platforms

Some tasks involve third-party platforms such as Reddit, Google, or others. EarnMyTasks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take against your accounts there.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and logos, is owned by EarnMyTasks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular tasks or earnings will be available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnMyTasks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid out to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarnMyTasks and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rights or platform rules.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
